Budget-2010 will provide complete fulfillment of social obligations

The parameters of budget-2010 have to provide 100%-fulfillment of all social obligations by the Republic – President of Bashkortostan Murtaza Rakhimov sets this task before the Government of Bashkortostan and this task will be definitely fulfilled as the first deputy prime-Minister RB, Minister of finances RB Airat Gaskarov believes.

“In the course of preparation for the first reading of the budget law RB we were searching for the sources of financing in order to provide such “operative minimum” – the head of Ministry of finances RB said – “And in the course of preparations for the second reading the main work was connected with corrections of the budget investment constituent”.

The parameters of the budget-2010 will provide financial support of 63 subordinate regional and town budgets and they in their turn will be able to fulfill their obligations before local municipalities.

January, which is considered traditionally “losing” month for financiers, doesn’t cause anxiety of the Minister.

“The remainder we’ll have on January 1, allows us to face the first stage of 2010 with certain optimism” – Airat Gaskarov said – “We possess enough funds and reserves to pass this rather intense period of the year, when we traditionally face the shortage of inpayments, painlessly”.
