Anti-crisis arrangements look quite successful in Bashkortostan

Russian Ministry of regional development has held the monitoring on efficiency of the anti-crisis arrangements, undertaken in Russian regions. The analysis of the information, given by Russian the regions in September 2009, shows that 14 regions, where the antic-crisis measures can be called successful, can be distinguished from 83 regions of Russian Federation.

Specialists of the department for monitoring and estimation of authority activity efficiency in Russian regions mark the lowering of interest rates for hypothec housing crediting to 13% of interest per annum within the frames of regional social programs.

The list of successful anti-crisis arrangements includes the agreement concerning crediting of the Republican building sector. The pre-planned volume of credit distribution by 14 banks to the developers, engaged in house building, and hypothec credit distribution among citizens makes more than 2,5 billion rubles in the second half of 2009.

The measures on realization of the investment project for industrial production of low economy-type-class cottages are also positive estimated.
