Shareholders of “AFK System” approved sale of share holdings of Bashkir fuel-energy complex enterprises

Shareholders of JSC “AFK System” approved the sale of the share holdings of JSC “UFANEFTEHIM” (47,18% of authorized capital stock), JSC “NOVOIL” (61,57%), JSC “UFAORGSINTEZ” (51,49%), JSC “UFIMSKY Refinery” (55,58%) and JSC “BASHKIRNEFTEPRODUCT” (56,11%) to JSC “BASHNEFT” at the special general meeting.

As specialists of “AFK System” think, these deals have to become one more step to formation of the vertically-oriented oil holding on the base of Bashkir fuel-energy enterprises, where JSC “BASHNEFT” has to play the role of a management structure.

The overall sum of deals is 41,1 billion rubles and it is planned the deals will be completed by the end of the year, the news-service of “AFK System” reports.
