The meeting of the Presidential Council is held in Ufa

The meeting of the Presidential Council RB, devoted to the rise of the state manpower policy efficiency, is held in Ufa, the Republic House. President RB Murtaza Rakhimov, Chairman of State Council RB Constantine Tolkatchev and Prime-Minister of Government RB Rail Sarbaev are taking part in the gathering.

“The staffing is considered the key link in the authority and local self-government system, the substantial factor in development of the society, the state and the national economy” – President RB said, opening the meeting – “I’d like to mention that every policy is conducted through people and the fate of the largest beginnings often depends upon competence of even ordinary specialists”.

After that President RB said that they managed to turn from the old staffing system to a new one without any shocks and it helped the local authority to build up the efficient power vertical, preserving everything really valuable and thus providing deep reformation of the state structure. But all that doesn’t give any grounds for complacency since time makes more and more serious demands to work of every employee and that is why the Presidential Council is discussing new conceptual approaches to the staffing policy today.

The gathering’s agenda also includes the definition of the subject-matter in 2010 in Bashkortostan.

The Council is headed by President RB Murtaza Rakhimov. The Council is occupied with discussion of the most important aspects in public-political, social-economic and cultural-spiritual development of the Republic. The staff of the Presidential Council consists of the most authoritative representatives of state and legislative power, economics, agricultural complex, public community, culture, education, science and mass-media RB.
