Rail Sarbaev has taken part in the meeting with Igor Sechin

The Prime-Minister of Government RB Rail Sarbaev has taken part in the meeting, held in Moscow by the deputy Chairman of Russian Government Igor Sechin, where the problems on conclusion of long-term contracts for delivery of raw materials to gas and oil-chemical enterprises were under discussion.

Thus, the leading Bashkir enterprises of the branch – JSC “Synthesis-Caoutchouc” and JSC “STERLITAMACSKY oil-chemical plant” – need regular deliveries of high benzene hydrocarbons. It was stated at the meeting that these enterprises would be supplied with raw material resources at reasonable prices. Besides, the possibilities of tax stimulation of innovational development in chemical industry were also discussed at the meeting. As the oil-chemists think themselves, it would be optimal to exempt the objects, put into operation anew, from the property tax for the term of three years. Besides, the term of VAT repayment on export operations is equal to 90 days for today and as a result the enterprises have to attract credit resources with the interest rate up to 20% in order to fill up their circulating assets. The reduction of this term might be also positive for economics.
