Population RB puts up money to banks
Population of Bashkortostan borrowed 83,1 billion rubles from the banks, working on the territory of the Republic. From the beginning of this year the amount of the credits given out made 20,7 billion rubles – 3,1 times less than in 2008.
The share of overdue indebtedness makes 4,8 billion rubles or 5,7%.
If talking about hypothec crediting, then for nine months 2009 1447 hypothec credits for the sum of 1,3 billion rubles have been given out – 8,3 times less than in 2008.
As the chairman of the National Bank RB Rustem Mardanov stated, situation with the crediting of natural persons gradually becomes to restore.
The average interest rates on the credits for natural persons returned to the pre-crisis level at 17,5%.
As for the deposits of physical persons in the banks, they grew up by 9,2% in 2009 and made 89,6 billion rubles at the beginning of November. The volume of the long-term deposits stably exceeds the volume of the short-term ones (less than one year) – 58,4 billion rubles against 31,2 billion correspondingly.
In the overall volume the share of the deposits for the term of more than three years made 5,7% (5,1 billion rubles) at the beginning of November. Call deposits made 13 billion rubles, and the volume of such deposits fell by 5% from the beginning of the year.
