Rail Sarbaev: real estate business has to be made without welters in registration chambers

During the meeting with the Chief Registering Clerk of Russia Sergey Vasiliev the Prime-Minister of Government RB Rail Sarbaev pointed to the problem, which had to be solved in the first turn – the procedure of document circulation in sphere of realty estate business has to be cardinally improved.
Republic of Bashkortostan and the Federal Registration Service will jointly prepare “The informational cooperation agreement” and the parties discussed the main clauses of the future agreement. The Chief Registering Clerk of Russia Sergey Vasiliev is found with a work visit in our region.
“We analyzed – the majority of 1,5 million people, annually turning to the registration service, need the extracts fr om registers. It is clear that it leads to long queues in the registration chambers but one can easily receive all necessary information and registration certificates through internet and this not just the problem of Bashkortostan but other Russian regions too” – Sergey Vasiliev said.
“This problem should be solved” – Rail Sarbaev answered – “Because the level of population comfortableness is the main criterion of prosperity in the region and the queues near registration chambers don’t meet this criterion”.
The electronic document circulation in real estate business is able to simplify many processes. Moreover, Bashkortostan has solid experience in this sphere – the “Social Card RB” is the electronic key, with the help of which one may receive the data about state of one’s pension account, social preferences and other things and the registration of real estate business can become the eighth application of the card. The project “Social Card RB” is considered the most high-tech, wide-scaled and efficient among similar projects in Russia at present moment.
With the help of this application one may get all necessary information, avoiding numerous visits to the registration chambers – through internet. This approach allows saving one’s time and lowering the level of corruption in registration chambers, wh ere this negative phenomenon is often met.
