UMPO leads among industrial enterprises of Ufa

For nine months 2009 the circulation of Ufa industrial enterprises made almost 179 billion rubles, i.e. 82% as compared with the last year level. The index of industrial production in Ufa made about 95%, as it was concluded at the regular operative meeting in Ufa administration.

At that some enterprises and branches of industry demonstrated certain growth of industrial production as compared with the same period of time in 2008. Thus, JSC “Ufa engine plant” (UMPO) still leads among industrial enterprises of Ufa by the rates of production growth and product shipping. The federal state unitary enterprise “Hydraulics” also works rather stably, though its indices are lower than in 2008. JSC “The Bashkir trolley-bus plant” also shows substantial production growth.

In a whole the financial-economic situation at Ufa enterprises is becoming more stable. For eight months 2009 they’ve received about 9 billion rubles of balance sheet profit, Ufa administration reports.

Arrears of wages are present at two industrial enterprises of Ufa at the rate of about two million rubles.
