The prices in the secondary housing market of Ufa reduced 0,2% for the last week –to 37,88 thousand rubles for one square meter.

Thus, the average price for one-room flats made 40,1 thousand rubles for one square meter – by 0.1% lower than one week before.

Two-room flats cheapened by 0,2% to 37,8 thousand rubles for one square meter.

The average price for three-room flats makes 36,08 thousand rubles for one meter at present moment – by 0,3% lower than one week before.

The flats with more than three rooms cheapened by 0,2% to 37 thousand rubles for one meter.

The average price for elite dwelling makes 56,3 thousand rubles for one square meter.

The index of housing yield makes minus 8,0 bank deposits at present moment, the realty agencies network “The Expert” reports.

The market index of hypothec crediting is equal to 19% of interest per annum.

The index of Ufa hypothec credit availability is 0,1.

Today one may buy the cheapest one-room flat in Ufa at 950 thousand rubles and the most expensive five-room flat – at 20 million rubles.

The most expensive cottage, displayed for sale, costs 18 million rubles.
