“URALSIB” retrains unemployed citizens

The bank “URALSIB” in Ufa presented the first diplomas to the graduates of the program on professional retraining for unemployed citizens. They were trained on the program “Management in commerce”.
The training course for unemployed citizens is free and training is provided by the pedagogues of the Moscow international business school “MIRBIS” jointly with the pedagogues of the regional “URALSIB” training centers, the news-service of the bank reported. 26 people have become the first graduates of the program.
“The listeners of the program already have either higher or secondary special education”- the manager of the bank’s Ufa division Leonid Gafarov says – “For today they have no jobs but many of them intend to start their own business and we are sure that active life position of the graduates together with the new skills and knowledge, acquired in the course of the retraining program will help them to gain success in the new sphere of activity”.
The retraining program “Management in commerce” is meant for three weeks and subdivided into three blocks. The program has already been realized in Krasnodar. In the nearest future the bank “URALSIB” jointly with “MIRBIS” intends to expand the geography of the project.
The bank also continues cooperation with the employment center in Russian regions and today it realizes the joint project, within which frames the bank holds trainings for unemployed citizens and organizes probation periods for the graduates of higher education institutions, registered in the employment centers.
