All cheeses of the “Tuimazinsky milk plant” in staff of the company “Vim-Bill-Dan” were rewarded with golden medals at the all-Russian agricultural exhibition “Golden Autumn-2009” in Moscow. Specialists of the plant say the victory is quite natural because the plant’s cheeses are very popular among buyers – it can be explained by careful following the traditions and introduction of modern technologies. For example, new bactofuge was launched into exploitation at the plant in 2009. This unit effectively cleans raw milk from bacteria without heating, thus, improving the quality of raw material for cheese production.
