Oktyabrsky porcelain plant will be supported with state order

Within the frames of today’s work trip to the town of Oktyabrsky Prime-Minister of Government RB Rail Sarbaev visited the Oktyabrsky porcelain plant. This plant might become one of the most progressive in the country. The plant was fully modernized and provided with the newest equipment, made in France and Germany. Specialists of the plant mastered the newest technologies for production of tableware and restaurant ware, having no analogues in Russia.

But after the reorganization the plant failed to provide normal production activity in the porcelain market, subjected to instability of the demand. The plant was often shut down because of the lack of raw materials and it was connected with insufficiency of floating funds and insufficiency of the orders. For today the plant has the debts for the sum of about 100 million rubles on bank credits, budget payments etc. The leadership of the plant tried to receive credits in the local banks but failed. At present time the plant faces the shortage of floating funds for purchases of imported raw materials. As Rail Sarbaev said, the enterprise will be supported with the state order for the sum of ten million rubles and the procedure of external control is launched at the plant now.
