Ufa dwelling becomes cheaper

Housing prices in the secondary dwelling market of Ufa came down again by 0,1% to 37,94 thousand rubles for one square meter for the last week. Thus, one-room flats cheapened by 1,1% to 40,15 thousand rubles for one meter. Two-room flats cheapened by 1,5% to 37,87 thousand rubles for one square meter. Prices for three-room flats reduced by 0.6% for one meter to 36,18 thousand rubles on average. Flats with more than three rooms became by 0,5% more expensive up to 37,07 thousand rubles. The average price for elite dwelling made 56,4 thousand rubles for one square meter. The index of Ufa housing yield on October 12 makes up minus 8.0 bank deposits. The market index of hypothec crediting in Ufa is equal to 19% of interest per annum and the index of hypothec credits availability is equal to 0,1.
