Primary dwelling in Ufa becomes cheaper

The average cost of one square meter in Ufa primary dwelling market dropped by 0,7% to 40,8 thousand rubles in September. In particular, one-room flats in abuilding tenements became by 0,2% cheaper – to 40,2 thousand rubles for one square meter. The average cost of two-room flats also dropped by 0,2% to 41,8 thousand rubles for one square meter. Three-room flats became cheaper by 1,5% to 40,3 thousand rubles for one meter. The average offer price in the new tenements, already put into operation, makes up 47,7 thousand rubles for one square meter.

According to information of realty agencies network “The Expert” the one-room flats in abuilding tenements have cheapened by 10,1% fr om the beginning of the year, two-room flats – by 7,7% and three-room flats – by 8,6%.

Though the prices in the primary dwelling market of Ufa went on falling down in September, the experts believe this is the lower price lim it for local developers and they don’t want to reduce the prices more, fixing them at this very level.
