The II international forum on nanotechnologies to be held in Moscow

The II international forum on nanotechnologies will start working in Moscow on October 6. It is held in accordance with the decree of Russian Government and has to become one more step on the way to solution of the tasks of innovational development and is called to give a start in life to new projects in nano-industry.

The forum’s program includes the plenary session, discussions and reports in the course of work of scientific-technological sections, presentations of equipment and instruments. The exhibition and the second international contest of research works of young scientists in sphere of nanotechnologies will be also held within the frames of the forum.

As the organizers of the forum report, presentation of the annual international award in sphere of nanotechnologies and the Russian youth award in sphere of nano-industry, established by the corporation “ROSNANO”, will become one of the central events at the forum.

Representatives of 36 countries as well as from several Russian regions expected to take part in the business program and in work of the forum’s sections.

In 2008 the Ufa’s project “Technological advance” was presented at the first forum of nanotechnologies. It was introduced jointly by specialists of JSC “Ufa engine plant” (UMPO), Ufa State Aviation Technical University, “The innovational scientific-technological center “ISKRA” and by “The techno-park of aviation technologies”. The project is connected with manufacturing of gas-turbine technique of a new generation and includes the design of the innovational technology on manufacturing of the most important joints of aviation engines (blades) with high exploitation properties on the base of the usage of nano-structural materials.

The forum will work during three days.
