Secondary dwelling prices in Ufa dropped 0,4%

The cost of one square meter in the secondary dwelling market of Ufa has again dropped 0,4% on the last week – to 38,14 thousand rubles.

Thus, the average price for one-room flats grew up by 0,1% to 40,73 thousand rubles for one square meter. Two-room flats cheapened by 0,3% to 37,5 thousand rubles for one square meters. The price for three-room flats fell 0,7%. One square meter in such flats costs 36,47 thousand rubles on average. The average price for the flats with more than three rooms makes up 37 thousand rubles for one square meter now, i.e. by 1,4% cheaper than one week before. The elite dwelling costs 57,2 thousand rubles for one square meter at present time.

The index of Ufa dwelling yield on September 28 makes up minus 0,8 bank deposits. The market index of Ufa hypothec crediting is equal to 19% of interest per annum. The index of hypothec credits availability in Ufa still makes up 0,1, i.e. local banks refuse giving of hypothec credits to nine clients of ten. The cheapest one-room flat in Ufa costs 800 thousand rubles and the most expensive six-room flat in Engels Street is offered for 23,5 million rubles. The most expensive cottage, offered for sale costs 18 million rubles.
