Prospects of low building in Bashkortostan to be discussed at the building forum

The field seminar to the theme “Prospects of low building in Republic of Bashkortostan” will be held today within the frames of the first specialized exhibition “Low Building”. Participants of the seminar will visit the settlement Shamonino in Ufimsky region of Bashkortostan, where realization of the program “My own house” is going on. In accordance with the program every budget employee may receive a land area free, where his own cottage will be erected. Every participant of the program receives 300 thousand rubles of credit for the term of five years under 8% of interest per annum. The rest of the necessary sum has to be allocated by the future new settler himself. The excess fare depends on the chosen cottage project and the building materials, used in construction of the cottage. The minimal additional payment is 200 thousand rubles. Engineering services for the cottage will be laid at the expense of the budget means. Government RB allocated 351 million rubles in 2009 for provision of three settlements in Bashkortostan, where the program is developed, with the engineering services.
