Nizhniy Tagil is preparing for international exhibition of arms

The VII international exhibition of arms and ammunition “Russian Arms Exhibition Nizhniy Tagil-2009” will be held in Ural city of Nizhniy Tagil on July 8-11. The exhibition is organized by Ministry of industry and trade RF, Ministry of defense RF, Ministry of foreign affairs RF and JSC “ROSOBORONEXPORT”.

Defense technology, arms, ammunition, means of technical provision, machines and equipment for railway troops, means of communication and information protection, uniform and special equipment will be demonstrated there. The polygon of Nizhniy Tagil Institute for metal tests will again become the main site of the exhibition. According to preliminary information more than 500 enterprises from Russia, CIS and non-CIS countries will take part in it. Enterprises from Bashkortostan will participate in the exhibition too. In particular, JSC “Machine-building company VITYAZ” will demonstrate its two-link caterpillar cross-country vehicles.
