New woodworking project in Ufa is offered to investors

Production of wood-polymer composites and wood-polymer wares can be started in Ufa, news-service of Ministry of industry and external economic relations RB reports.

The project is offered by JSC “AMER and Co”. Its approximate cost is 300 million rubles. This sum is enough for erection of the production shop, equipment purchase, delivery and installation and for balancing and commissioning. It is planned that full recoupment of capital investments will be reached three and a half years after the production launch.

Modern wood-polymer composites can be used in construction sphere for wall cladding, production of door and window frames, floor coatings and parquet and in industry for production of floorings, pavements, fences, sheds and playgrounds.

Since wood-polymer composites consist of wood by 50-80%, investors may figure on state support in accordance with the decree of Russian Government “Prior investment projects in sphere of forest management”. As soon as the project can be included into the list of top priority ones investors may rent forest areas on preferential terms for the period of recoupment of their capital investments.
