Gross milk yield in Bashkortostan exceeded 160 thousand tons

From the beginning of the year Bashkir cattle-breeders have received more than 164 thousand tons of milk. News-service of Ministry of agriculture RB reports Sterlitamacsky region is the most successful – more than 10,7 thousand tons. Durtulinsky and Chekmagushevsky regions have more than 7 thousand tons each on their balance. The highest milk productivity is registered in the farmings of Sterlitamacsky region. Every day farmers receive 16 kg of milk from one cow on average. From the beginning of the year milk purchasing agents have bought more than 12 tons of milk from population.
