Abuilding primary dwelling is becoming cheaper

Average cost of one square meter of dwelling in the primary dwelling market of Ufa dropped 0,5% to 43 thousand rubles for one square meter. In particular, one-room flats have become 0,2% cheaper – to 43,5 thousand rubles for one meter. Two-room apartments have cheapened 0,5% to 43,2 thousand rubles for one meter. Three-room flats have cheapened by 0,2% - to 42,2 thousand rubles for one square meter. Though the prices in the primary dwelling market went on falling in March 2009, analysts of the realty network “The Expert” say this is the lowest limit of prices for developers and they are not yet ready to begin making concessions, fixing the prices on this level.
