ROSSELKHOZBANK: crediting of spring field works is running in an organized manner as never before

Crediting of agricultural producers for the forthcoming spring-field works is going on in Bashkortostan and Bashkir regional office of “ROSSELKHOZBANK” received 2,2 billion rubles of short-term resources for that – 1,4 billion rubles more than in 2008.

The director of “ROSSELKHOZBANK” regional office Ramil Safin reports the crediting of spring-field works in 2009 runs as quickly and in well-organized manner as never before. 310 farmings from 46 regions RB have already received credits for the total sum 1,4 billion rubles – one billion rubles more than in 2008. Besides, it is decided to give credits to other 18 farmings for the sum of 199 million rubles. 39 claims for getting credits for the total sum of 196 million rubles are found under consideration of the bank now. Credits are given strictly according to the plan, coordinated with regional agricultural departments. 46 units of agricultural machinery and equipment have already been acquired with the help of the credits received. Credits are given for purchases of petroleum-based fuels, spare parts and consumables for repair of agricultural machinery, fertilizers, seeds and other materials necessary for spring-field works. The term of credits is up to 12 months. The interest per annum is 18%. The rate is fixed and cannot be changed. The credit sum depends upon the financial activity of the farming. First the bank analyses the farming’s financial situation and on this ground determines creditability of the borrower.
