For the last week secondary dwelling in Ufa has cheapened by other 0,1% on average. Thus, the cost of one square meter in one-room flats fell by 1,1% - to 46, 42 thousand rubles. The cost of one square meter in two-room flats grew up to 43,49 thousand rubles. Three-room flats have cheapened by0,4% - to 42,81 thousand rubles for one square meter. Prices for flats with more than three rooms fell by 1,1%. One square meter in such flats costs 45,97 thousand rubles now.

Average price for elite dwelling makes up 60,6 thousand rubles for one meter.

The index of Ufa housing profitability makes up minus 7,0 bank deposits on March 23. The market hypothec crediting index is equal to 18% of interest per annum for today – one 1% more than one week before. The index of Ufa hypothec credit accessibility is equal to 0,1.

Analysts of the realty agency network “The Expert” say that due to ruble devaluation the lowering prices in Ufa housing market slowed down.
