A Ufa resident won the main all-Russian photography prize, the Russian Photo Awards. Larisa Usova's work won in the "Social Photography" category.
The 8th "Oscar for Photographers" ceremony was held in St. Petersburg. In 2025, 13,814 works were entered into the competition in 27 different categories. The photographs were judged by a jury of 60 internationally renowned photographers. Ekaterina Martynenko received the "Photo of the Year" prize and a 100,000 ruble certificate.
