Two Bashkiria theaters received support from Theater Workers Union

Applications were submitted by 44 organizations, of which 26 received support from the Theater Workers Union of the Russian Federation. Among them are the Salavat State Bashkir Drama Theater and the State Russian Theater of Sterlitamak.

Under the guidance of Dmitry Koshmin, a renowned actor, director, and teacher at the Ufa State Institute of Arts named after Zagir Ismagilov, artists from two republican theaters will participate in a series of master classes from August 26 to September 5.

The participants in the classes will master essential aspects of stage speech, including improving diction, developing vocal expressiveness, working with emotions, breathing techniques, and the physical embodiment of roles. This will enable artists to significantly enhance the quality of their performances and bring the audience closer to the art of genuine theatre.

This initiative will be a significant contribution to the preservation of the region's cultural heritage and will support the continued creative development of regional theatres in Bashkortostan.
