Bashkiria has appointed new Deputy Minister of Culture

Bashkiria has appointed a Deputy Minister of Culture. Elza Karamurzina will oversee the socio-cultural block in the regional Ministry of Culture, which includes the activities of museums, libraries, clubs, and the Writers' Union. Today, she was introduced to the staff.

The previous curator of this area, Il'nur Mukhyanov, remains in the position of Deputy Minister and will be responsible for national policy.

Elza Karamurzina was born in the village of Stary Sibay, Baimaksky District. She has a higher education in the field of culture and management, and has completed advanced training courses at Bashkortostan State University of Civil Engineering and Public Administration.

In previous years, Elza Karamurzina worked in the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Bashkortostan, the administration of the Head of the Republic of Bashkortostan. From 2020 to 2025, she worked as Deputy Minister of Sports of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
