By order of the Bashkul'tnaslediya, a four-story residential building built in 1949 on Dostoevsky Street, 68, in Ufa, has been included in the list of cultural heritage sites of regional significance. The corresponding order was published on the republic's official Internet portal for legal information.
The residential building, with a total area of 1.1 thousand square meters, is part of a historical quarter, which is an example of urban development of the middle of the last century.
According to the law, capital construction, earthworks, and construction and reclamation work are prohibited within the boundaries of state-protected objects, except work to preserve the cultural heritage site and its elements.
It was previously reported that the territory of the Ascension Church in Bashkiria was taken under state protection.
