Bashkir ballet to perform at Bolshoi Theatre

On April 8, the Bashkir Opera ballet troupe will show a performance at the Bolshoi Theatre that has been nominated for the Golden Mask. This is the production of Rachmaninoff. A Life-Long Symphony. The First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Ural Kilsenbaev, reminded about this on his social media.

The premiere of the new Rachmaninoff performance, "A Symphony as Long as Life," took place in November 2023 and was dedicated to the 150th anniversary of the birth of the great musician of the 20th century—Sergei Rachmaninoff and his friend, the outstanding bass Feodor Chaliapin.

This production is nominated in four categories of the National Theatre Award "Golden Mask" for the season 2023-2024.
