"Kazakhstan Today" photo exhibition will open in Ufa
On November 25, the National Library of Bashkortostan will host the opening of the photo exhibition "Kazakhstan Today" and the presentation of the collection "Kazakh Folk Tales in the Bashkir Language".
The event is held with the assistance of the Consulate General of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Kazan on the eve of the XX Forum of Interregional Cooperation between Kazakhstan and Russia. The Consul General of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Kazan, Erlan Iskakov, and the Minister of Culture of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Amina Shafikova, are expected to be among the official guests.
The photo exhibition reveals Kazakhstan in various images of its unique nature, modern cities, culture, and traditions. These are all unique moments of life captured in the lens of photographer Pavel Tenyakov.
The book "Kazakh Folk Tales in the Bashkir Language" was published in 2024 by the Tatar Book Publishing House with the support of the Consul General of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Kazan and the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Naberezhnye Chelny. It is stored in the collections of the National Library and is available to all readers.
The photo exhibition "Kazakhstan Today" in the National Library will last until December 6.
