In Ufa, boundaries of monument "Zemskaya School" have been approved

In Ufa, the boundaries and mode of use of the territory of the cultural heritage site of regional significance, "Zemskaya School," have been approved. The building, built in 1912, is located at ul. Nekhaeva, 94.

The corresponding order of the Department for State Protection of Cultural Heritage Sites of the Republic of Bashkortostan, dated September 27, 2024, was published today on the official portal of legal information.

Within the boundaries of the territory of the object, it is prohibited:

construction of capital construction projects and an increase in the volumetric and spatial characteristics of existing capital construction projects on the territory of the object;

carrying out excavation, construction, melioration, and other works,

except work to preserve the object or its elements,

preservation of the object's historical, urban planning, or natural environment.

Within the boundaries of the object's territory, economic activities that do not contradict the requirements for ensuring its preservation and allowing its functioning in modern conditions are permitted.

In 2022, Bashkultnasledie approved protecting the cultural heritage site of regional significance, "Zemskaya School."
