

Bashkiria has approved the boundaries of the protected zones of the cultural heritage site of regional significance, "Milovanov's House," located in Sterlitamak at Mira Street, building 3a.
The corresponding decree of the Government of Bashkortostan was signed on October 9, 2024, and published on the official portal of legal information.
The document approves the boundaries of the protected zones of the cultural heritage site, land use regimes, and requirements for urban development regulations within the boundaries of these zones' territory.
Milovanov's House is a historical building located in the central part of Sterlitamak. The exact date of its construction and the architect's name are unknown. The building dates back to the end of the 19th century.
