

From September 25 to 27, the National Youth Theatre of the Republic of Bashkortostan will tour Tatarstan. As reported by the theatre's press service, two performances in Russian will be presented as part of the tour: “Playing Pushkin: The Swan Princess” and “Gray Hair in the Beard, or the Bride from Imereti…”.
“Playing Pushkin: The Swan Princess” dramatizes Alexander Pushkin's famous fairy tale. Olga Musina directs the performance. The audience will immerse themselves in the story of Tsar Saltan, his son Gvidon, the beautiful Swan Princess, and the miracles in this fairy tale.
“Gray Hair in the Beard, or the Bride from Imereti…” is a musical comedy by Boris Ratser and Vladimir Konstantinov. Musalim Kulbaev directs the play. The play takes the audience to sunny Georgia, where the children of the widowed Bekina are trying to find him a bride so that he will not share a house, garden, and cow with the new heir.
On September 25 and 26, the plays will be held on the stage of the Tatar State Theater for Young Spectators. September 27 - at the Buinsk State Drama Theater.
