Museum of Military Glory is holding “Tell About Your Hero” event in Bashkiria

On the eve of the international event “Night of Museums 2024”, the Republican Museum of Military Glory holds the “Tell About Your Hero” event.

Visitors can tell the story of their loved ones, relatives, and friends who participated in the Great Patriotic War. Written material in free form, along with a photograph of the hero (if available), will need to be brought to the Republican Museum of Military Glory on May 18 from 18 to 24 hours. The all-Russian event “Night of Museums” will take place on this day.

“Every Russian family has a heroic ancestor who fought during the Great Patriotic War. Their memory is carefully preserved and passed on from generation to generation as a legacy of the courage and heroism of our great grandfathers, who, overcoming all the hardships of wartime, brought the victorious spring closer. We will share stories about the life and destinies of the heroes of the Great Patriotic War, which will become known as part of the campaign, on the pages of our social networks, and photographs of the heroes will complement the funds of the Republican Museum of Military Glory,” the museum commented.
