Askar Abdrazakov presented Bashkiria at concert dedicated to Day of Russia in Minsk

A big festive concert dedicated to the Day of Russia was held in Minsk. On the square in the very heart of the capital of Belarus, famous Russian and Belarusian pop singers performed on the same stage.

The Nizhny Novgorod regional orchestra was the first to present its program. Famous compositions that became hits for all time sounded. Also, the audience was pleased with the hits by the Syabry ensemble, Dmitry Malikov, Zara, Vasily Gerello, Sergei Rogozhin, and other Belarusian and Russian artists.

Since Minsk and Ufa are sister cities, the Bashkir side made a special gift by inviting the Honored Artist of Russia, Denis Maidanov, to perform at the concert. Our countryman, soloist of the Mariinsky Theatre, Honored Artist of Russia, and People's Artist of the Republic of Bashkortostan Askar Abdrazakov represented the republic.

“About 30 thousand spectators came to watch the performances of artists and creative teams. The organizers said it was one of the best and largest concerts. A distinctive feature of the bloc from our republic was that the representation of Bashkiria in Belarus organized a video clip about Bashkortostan. There was no such video presentation in other regions of Russia. In addition to the fact that we showed the tourism and economic potential of Bashkiria to a wide audience, including invitations to the X Russia and Belarus Regions Forum, which will be held in Ufa, reminding of direct flights, invited Minsk residents to visit our republic," the representative of Republic Konstantin Klimin said to Bashinform News Agency.

Recall that the X Russia and Belarus Regions Forum will be held in the capital of Bashkiria from 26 to 28 June.
