

The Head of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov, signed a decree on awarding the Mikhail Nesterov State Prize in fine arts and art history in 2022.
This year, the People's Artist of Bashkortostan Ivan Fartukov became its laureate in the Painting nomination (the outstanding work is St. Andronik), and Boris Samosyuk, Honored Artist of the Republic of Bashkortostan, a teacher at Ufa Children's Art School No. 2, in the Graphics nomination (for the diptych Fishermen from Bethsaida" from the series "Apostles").
Honored Artist of Bashkortostan, Associate Professor of the Faculty of Fine Arts of the Ufa State Institute of Arts Rustem Khasanov was awarded the prize for the work "Nureyev" in the "Sculpture" nomination.
For the panel "Bear Dances", the teacher of the art and graphic faculty of the Bashkortostan State Pedagogical University, Alexandra Elina, became the winner in the nomination "Decorative and applied art".
Honored Art Worker of the Republic, Deputy Director for Research of the Bashkir State Art Museum Svetlana Ignatenko was awarded the prize in the nomination "Art Criticism" for the scientific research "Traditions and Spirituality".
