Bashkortostan Republic Day was celebrated with concert in Uzbekistan capital

A festive concert dedicated to the Day of the Republic of Bashkortostan was held at the Tashkent State Theater of Musical Comedy (Operetta) in the capital of Uzbekistan, on October 15.

In the theater lobby, guests were greeted by an exhibition of folk crafts of Bashkortostan, famous dishes of Bashkir cuisine, and a festive photo exhibition. The greetings of the Head of the Republic of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov were read to the guests.

The culmination of the holiday was the performance of cultural figures of Bashkortostan and Uzbekistan. Guests from Ufa attended the concert: Honored Artist of the Republic of Bashkortostan Azat Bikchurin and soloist-vocalist of the Bashkir State Philharmonic named after Khusain Akhmetov Gulshat Girfanova. The People's Artist of Uzbekistan and Bashkortostan Janizbek Piyazov performed the song "Shaimuratov General" and other works. Honored Artists of Tatarstan and Uzbekistan Marat Khakimov and Raikhan Mannyapova showed their numbers. Excellent dance groups «Shatlyk», «Agidel», «Evrika», «Edelweiss», «Dustlik» and others, performed Bashkir and Uzbek dances.
