Thirty Bashkiria cultural institutions specialists will receive 500 thousand rubles state support

The head of Bashkortostan signed a decree "On measures of state support for employees of municipal cultural institutions in the Republic of Bashkortostan" on August 26. The payments relate to attracting highly qualified personnel, including young specialists, to municipal cultural institutions in Bashkortostan.

In 2022, 30 specialists of municipal cultural institutions with vocational education and (or) pedagogical workers of municipal institutions of additional education in the field of culture (children's art schools, children's music schools, children's art schools) who arrived (moved) to work will receive state support from 2021 to rural settlements or to urban settlements with a population of up to 50 thousand people located on the territory of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

The one-time compensation payment will amount to 500 thousand rubles for each specialist.

The Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan was instructed to determine the sources of financing for the costs associated with the implementation of the decree, and within 30 days to approve the procedure and conditions for the provision of payments, providing for the selection criteria for specialists.
