"Slavs of XXI century" republican festival will be held in ART-Kvadrat in Ufa

The Day of Slavic Literature and Culture in Bashkiria will be celebrated with the "Slavs of the XXI Century" republican festival. The event will be held in the creative space "ART-Kvadrat" on May 29.

The national cultural centers of the House of Friendship of the Peoples RB and groups from Arkhangelsky, Belokataisky, Belebeevsky, Blagoveshchensky, Birsky, Duvansky, Iglinsky, Krasnokamsky, Sterlitamaksky, Ufimsky districts, Oktyabrsky and Kumertau participate in the festival.

Guests of the festival will get acquainted with the traditions, customs, rituals, and games of the Slavic peoples, and taste the national cuisine. Historical, craft, and theater venues will work.

Spectators will be able to take part in a literary and theatrical quest and purchase handicrafts at the fair.

Guests are waiting for master classes in folk crafts, fair fun, and a colorful theatrical and concert program.

The festival program includes performances by actors and musicians, interactive activities for children and adults.

The holiday is organized by the Ministry of Culture RB, the "Cathedral of Russians of Bashkortostan", the Republican Center for Folk Art, and the House of Friendship of Peoples RB.
