Ufa Song and Dance Ensemble "Miras" will give concerts in cities of YNAO and Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District-Yugra

From April 5 to 16, the Ufa Song and Dance Ensemble "Miras" will perform a concert program "Colors of the World" as part of the federal program "We are Russia". The program is organized by Rosconcert.

The band's tour will take place in the cities and towns of the YNAO and KhMAO-Yugra: Noyabrsk, Fedorovsky, Kogalym, Nizhnesortymsky, Surgut, Nefteyugansk, Langepas, Nizhnevartovsk, Megion and Lyantor. The tour will take place in preparation for the celebration of the 450th anniversary of the founding of the city of Ufa and will be dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the ensemble.

The program will also feature bewitching melodies of kurai and kyl-kubyz.

“The All-Russian tour and concert plan has established itself as an important and sought-after project in modern culture. The geography of the plan, including performances by theaters, as well as national creative teams of the country, is constantly expanding, involving more and more new participants in touring and concert activities,” Olga Lyubimova, Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation said.

The Minister stressed that one of the goals of the project is to preserve and popularize folk art and theatrical art, which is especially important in 2022, which has been declared the Year of Folk Art and Intangible Cultural Heritage of the Peoples of Russia. According to her, it is important that all residents of a multinational country have the opportunity to get acquainted with the best achievements of domestic and foreign theatrical, as well as professional folk art.
