Bashkortostan National Symphony Orchestra will give two solo concerts in Kazan

On April 7 and 8, the National Symphony Orchestra (NSO) of Bashkortostan will perform in Kazan. Concerts will be held at the Saydashev State Grand Concert Hall. The musicians will present two programs - Bashkir and Tatar academic music and a concert of world classics.

On April 7, Zagir Ismagilov’s “Overture to Salavat Yulaev” Opera, Nazib Zhiganov’s “Nafisa” Overture, Khusain Akhmetov’s Bashkir Lyric Suite, fragments of Farid Yarullin’s Shurale ballet, Leonid Lyubovsky’s Litany, and Rashid Kalimullin’s Symphonic Dances Suite, "Symphonic Scenes" by Leyla Ismagilova, symphonic poem "The Golden Throne of Hephaestus" by Valery Skobelkin will be performed. On this day, the premiere of the recently written Symphony No. 6 by the Bashkir composer Rustem Sabitov is scheduled. It was first performed in Ufa on March 24, then it will be taken to Kazan.

On April 8, the NSO of the Republic of Bashkortostan will perform world classics: the overture to the opera "The Marriage of Figaro", the Clarinet Concerto by Mozart, and the symphony "Titan" by Gustav Mahler, in which more than 90 musicians are involved.

Soloist - Honored Artist of the Republic of Bashkortostan, laureate of the Sh. Babich State Republican Youth Prize, General Director of the State Orchestra of Bashkortostan Artur Naziullin.

Conductor - Chief Conductor of the National Symphony Orchestra of the Republic of Bashkortostan and conductor of the State Academic Symphony Orchestra of Russia, Honored Artist of the Republic of Belarus Dmitry Kryukov.

“Our goal is to maximize the level of performance of symphonic music, as well as to attract federal and international musicians to the creative team,” Artur Naziullin, General Director of the team said in an interview with “Realnoe Vremya”.

Concerts of the State Orchestra of Bashkortostan in the capital of the neighboring republic are becoming traditional. Recall that the NSO RB for the first time gave solo concerts in Tatarstan last year.
