City views began to be printed on postcards by Ufa 450th anniversary
The Postal Museum of the Federal Postal Service RB and a group of philatelists from Ufa issued the first three unmarked postcards in 2022. The Society of Philatelists of Bashkortostan reported this.
Two postcards begin the story about Ufa on the art canvases of our artists. They contain paintings by the Ufa artist Georgy Prokshin "Ufa. Church of the Intercession" and "Morning in Ufa". Postal cards are dedicated to the upcoming 450th anniversary of the city of Ufa in 2024.
Another postcard in the series "Heroes of the USSR from Bashkiria" was issued for the 100th anniversary of the birth of twice Hero of the Soviet Union pilot Musa Gareev.
V. Lebedkov and V. Berezin proposed ideas for publishing cards, designers - M. Kuzmin and Zh. Vasyukova. Each rectangle is published in an edition of 136 copies.
