Miras Ensemble dedicates its Russian tour to its 30th anniversary

This year, the Ufa Song and Dance Ensemble "Miras" plans an extensive tour of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous District - Ugra. Concerts will be held in 10 cities and towns. The tour will be dedicated to the band's 30th anniversary and will be held as part of the "We are Russia" program. The Miras dancers participate in it for the first time, the team's press service reports.

The program "We are Russia" was launched at the initiative of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation in February 2020. It is carried out under the All-Russian Tour and Concert Plan of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation and the first time since the Soviet era combines the tour activities of folk choreographic and choir groups, as well as vocal and instrumental ensembles, orchestras, and ensembles of folk instruments, song and dance theaters, song and dance ensembles.

Thanks to the program "We are Russia", the audience gets acquainted with the best productions of folk groups, large-scale tours of which take place with full-fledged scenery and costumes. For example, in 2021, 32 folk ensembles took part in it, and 268 concerts were held by the end of the year. This year, the list of participants has expanded; 35 teams will participate in the program.
