The first of the new productions in the Gaskarov Dance Ensemble repertoire is the Moksha dance "Levzhensky" or "Levzhan kshtima". This fast, energetic dance conveys the features of the Mordovian people. The music was written by the composer V. A. Beloklokov based on a folk tune. The dance is complemented by original costumes decorated with Mordovian ornaments.
The choreographic composition "Generations" - "Byuyndar sylbyry" is a new production by the Honored Artist of Bashkortostan Yamila Bikbaeva. This is Yamilya's second work for the Gaskarov Ensemble. The dance is performed by Adilya Kalimullina, Aigul Vakhitova and Elvira Mullagulova. The music for the dance was written by the composer Ilshat Yakhin. The score includes the Bashkir folk instruments kyl-kubyz, kurai, kubyz, dumbyra.
Bashkir dance "Young hearts" - "Yәsh yөrәktur" is staged by the Honored Artist of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Nazir Baizigitov. The dance shows the elements of traditions and rituals of the Bashkirs, as well as folklore games. Ilshat Yakhin wrote the music for the dance.
According to the director of the State Ensemble, Almaz Saetov, it was possible to make costumes for the new dances thanks to the financial support of the Head of the Republic, Radiy Khabirov. It took about 14 million rubles to create new dances and sew colorful costumes.
