Bulat Yusupov's film project "Word of Earth" is supported by Presidential Fund for Cultural Initiatives

The Interregional Digital Educational Film Project "Word of the Earth/Online 2.0" will be launched in November. This project results from the evolution of the Word of the Earth Film Forum in 2019 and the Word of the Earth/Online international digital film project in 2020. Participants of two film forums, "Word of the Earth," have already shot more than 50 films in the languages ​​of the peoples of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

Since 2020, the project has moved to a new digital format, and training in the basics of filmmaking was carried out in a distance (online) format. This opened up opportunities for any resident of Bashkortostan between 18 and 65 to participate in the project.

Interregional digital educational film project "Word of the Earth/Online 2.0" involves residents of the Volga and Ural federal districts in creating new cultural products - scripts and films in the languages ​​of the peoples of the Russian Federation.

"The Word of the Earth/Online 2.0 project sets the task of creating 75 scenarios, 45 films, videos during the training of the winners of the selection competition. The films created will go into the public domain of the Republic of Bashkortostan and will be allowed for free non-commercial use for cultural purposes," the press secretary of the project Gulnara Yarullina said.

The project's organizers are the Union of Cinematographers of the Republic of Bashkortostan and the Bulat Yusupov Film School. The project is being implemented with the support of the Presidential Fund for Cultural Initiatives. Project partners: Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Bashkortostan; Union of Cinematographers of the Republic of Tatarstan; Union of Cinematographers of the Republic of Chuvashia; World Kurultay (congress) of the Bashkirs; A. Abdrazakov Film Studio "Bashkortostan", BST TV channels, Russia "Bashkortostan".
