Ufa theater will perform at Zolotukhin All-Russian Theater Festival

From September 18 to September 24, Barnaul hosts the IV All-Russian Youth Theater Festival named after V.S. Zolotukhin.

On September 23, the State Academic Russian Drama Theater RB team will show the play "Death of Tarelkin", staged by the young director Anton Svit.

In total, 11 performances will take part in the competition program. They were selected from 50 applications from all over the country.

The performances are evaluated by an expert jury headed by a renowned theater expert and art director of the Vs. Meyerhold Theater Elena Kovalskaya. The experts included Kristina Matvienko, Yulia Kleiman, Anton Alekseev, and the famous director Roman Feodori.

"The festival in Barnaul enjoys incredible love from the audience, the tickets for the performances are already sold out," Elena Popova, literary director of the Ufa Russian Theater, said.
