Voting for Bashkir Opera's performance "The Duchess. G" nominated for National Prize is going on

The "Duchess.G" performance of the Bashkir State Opera and Ballet Theater was nominated for the National Award "Musical Heart of the Theater-2021". On September 1, voting for the nominees started. One can vote for the theater on the official website by the link.

Chief Conductor, People's Artist of Bashkortostan, laureate of the Russian National Theater Award "Golden Mask" Artem Makarov, was nominated "Best Conductor".

"Best scenography" (set designer) - laureate of the Russian National Theater Prize "Golden Mask" Ernst Heidebrecht.

"Best Costumes" (costume designer) - winner of the Russian National Theater Award "Golden Mask" Tatyana Noginova.

"Best Lead Role" - Regina Zvegintseva, laureate of international, all-Russian, and republican contests.

Spectators will be able to see the best performances presented for the competition by the country's theaters for 10 days, on the stages of the Novosibirsk Academic Youth Theater "Globus" and the Novosibirsk Musical Theater. State and independent theaters from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Seversk, Barnaul, Kemerovo, Ufa, Perm, Orel became the nominees.

The Musical Heart of the Theater award winners will be determined by more than 100 people who make up the jury - famous cultural figures, members of the Academy of Contemporary Musical Theater. In addition, it is planned to award the "People's Choice Award" based on the results of voting on the official website of the project.

The project is supported by the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Culture of the Novosibirsk Region, and the federal program "Big Tours". More details are available on the official website of the festival.
