Ufa will host Sabitov International Competition for Young Musicians for first time

The Bashkir capital will host the 1st Nariman Sabitov International Competition for from November 1 to 3, which promises to be a major cultural event for the region.

The Ministry of Culture of Bashkiria established the competition for young musicians in cooperation with the Sabitov Children's Music School No. 1. The international competition jury includes famous teachers from the Moscow, Kazan Conservatory, and the Ufa Institute of Arts.

The I International Competition for Young Musicians named after Nariman Sabitov is held within the framework of the Creative People project of the Culture national project in a distance format using video recordings in two nominations "Piano" and "Violin".

The competition is open to students of children's music schools and art schools in Russia, young musicians from the CIS countries, foreign countries from 7 to 15 years old.

Applications are accepted until October 20.
