Mexican team "Bayarta Aztek": We will take piece of Bashkir soul with us

The "Bayarta Aztek" folk group, which came to the republic to participate in the World Folkloriada, was founded in 2003. It has already won dozens of awards at many international and domestic festivals. The group's performances are distinguished by a huge wave of positive emotions, charging the audience with a real Mexican temper.

“Our team includes representatives of our three states. We also want to show in our dances that friendship based on culture brings all nations closer together. There is a large layer of American Indians in our culture. At the same time, the heritage of conquistadors is also a huge component, Juan Salcedo, director of the team from Mexico, said. “We were most impressed by the fact that so many peoples live peacefully and amicably in one republic and all demonstrate their culture.”

“In your republic and in Ufa, welcoming people meet us everywhere; they smile, they greet us very warmly. The weather is beautiful and sunny. We will take a piece of the Bashkir soul with us to Mexico,” Juan Salcedo said.
