Ambassador of World Folkloriada Nadezhda Babkina arrived at Ufa airport

Ambassador of the VI World Folkloriada CIOFF® Nadezhda Babkina arrived in the capital of Bashkortostan. At the Ufa airport, she was met by the Minister of Culture of the Republic, Amina Shafikova.

People's Artist of Russia Nadezhda Babkina, together with the Russian Song ensemble, will perform on July 3, 2021, at the Ufa-Arena ice palace at the opening ceremony of the World Folkloriada. The program “Earth. Soul. Folklore " will start at 5.00 pm.

In addition, the headliners of the festival on this day will be the Kuban Cossack Choir, the Gzhel Academic Dance Theater, Askar Abdrazakov, Tina Kuznetsova, and ensembles of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

“I would call the Folkloriada the ecology of the planet. Any national tradition and culture cleanse minds, souls and asserts self-awareness. Who we are on this earth, what we are and how we can live in peace. This is the diversity and brightness of colors, talents, cultures. What a blessing that this is taking place in Bashkortostan!" - Nadezhda Babkina says.

On July 4, Nadezhda Babkina and the Russian Song ensemble will perform at the Heart of the Folkloriada concert at the Toratau congress hall. The concert starts at 19.00.
