Aksakov's Festival will be dedicated to his 230th anniversary

The traditional International Aksakov's Festival will take place in Bashkiria in September. In 2021, it will be held for the 31st time and will be dedicated to the 230th anniversary of the outstanding Russian writer Sergei Aksakov. Prime Minister Andrei Nazarov signed the corresponding government order.

The Festival will be organized in Ufa, Ufimsky, Karmaskalinsky, Belebeevsky districts. Administrations of municipalities are recommended to assist in the festivities.

An organizing committee has been created under the chairmanship of the vice-premier of the government, Azat Badranov, to hold the anniversary events.
